Update to previous review:
C&H got back to me to help resolve the issues I had with the finish. It probably took longer to respond due to the holidays and much higher order volumes. They offered to completely replace the item which I felt was unnecessary since I have already installed it and it functions as intended.
I am very happy with the Customer Service at C&H and I will continue to buy their products over any of the competition. If there is an issue in the future I have full confidence they will take care of it.

Like others the screw hole was rough with metal burrs coming off which I had to clean up. The finish was inconsistent and missing in some areas. The mount does work however but after ordering many other mounts from chpws I expected higher quality at this price point.
I emailed CS about these issues with no response. I hope these issues are isolated but if customer service is this lacking in the future they might loose a lot of business to Dawson Precision.

Mounting screws won’t start tight. No matter what.
Needed new fiber for front sight, and was advised to get the wrong size fiber
Customer service and responsiveness needs a lot of work

Badly finished. The website photos show the rear site has fine striations, mine was plain. The hole for the bolt came all scratched up and with the anodizing chipped. Not impressed. Fits.

Plate fitment to Staccato and Optic are awesome. However I can not independently zero my 509T from the irons as I have reached the mechanical limits of the set screw. Not sure if it’s plate design or a flaw in the optic. Still trying to render a solution to this issue.
