Best pistol optic I’ve ever used. It makes shooting pistols feel like cheating. Reticle is huge but easy to use/ line up your shots. I will be using these for all my pistols from now on.

My rating is about the customer experience at C+H. I purchased an optic and had some difficulty with installation (broke a screw off), so I called C+H. They said, “sure come over and we will take care of it.” I drove an hour the very next day to C+H and they said it would take two weeks to get to my repair.
I asked why the guy on the phone said…come over and we will help you. The guy at the counter said they work for two different parts of the company, and he has no control over what the other guy told me. During the conversation, the guy at the counter was rude and arrogant. It was pathetic.
So I took my pistol to Ortiz Gun in Savannah, and it was repaired on the spot.
I hope this feedback helps the management of C+H. I led a healthcare service company with 16,000 employees in 65 countries, so I know a lot about service design and service delivery. C+H has a lot going for it and a beautiful facility, however arrogant, blame shifting folks at the front counter could ruin it all for them.

This is my favorite pistol optic to the point that I have bought three of them. These work great under night vision devices and in pistol competitions. I don’t think there is a better paring than a Comp Max direct mounted to a pistol slide.
