4‑Week Lead‑Time Guarantee (Optic‑Cut Orders): We guarantee shipment of your optic‑cut slide milling order within 4 weeks of payment. If we miss this deadline, your next milling service is free.

Please note: This guarantee applies only to our optic-cut service. The following modifications void the 4‑week guarantee:Serrations (any kind), windows, pockets, or corner chamfers, or custom paint and Black Nitride

Concierge Orders: We send you a hard case and a return shipping label to send your slide to us. When the slide is finished we will ship the slide back to you in a custom C&H locking pistol case that is yours to keep.

Duty Weapons: If you are MIL/LEO and the slide you are sending is for your duty weapon we will expedite the milling at no additional charge. If you select it is your duty weapon you are required to send a copy of your MIL/LEO credentials with the slide to us.
