Zev Post Removal

This service is for the removal of Zev threaded posts from optic cuts that incorporate them. If you have a slide cut that has Zev posts and are looking for an adapter plate to switch to another optic the majority of adapter plates that accomplish this are not compatible with Zev posts. With this service we will remove the Zev posts from your optic cut and mill 6-32 screw holes which will allow the use of an adapter plate.
Lead Times:
4 Weeks or less or your next milling is FREE!
The clock starts the day we receive your slide. The clock stops the moment we contact you to let you know your slide is done and ready to ship. We will not ship your slide until we have verified from you that your shipping address is correct.
Excludes slides that require Black Nitride (we don’t do this in house)
Excludes slides that require custom new BUIS sights or optics that are on backorder (we don’t make them and can’t control lead times)

Shipping Instructions:
Safely remove the slide from your pistol. Remove all necessary internal components and iron sights if you selected to send your slide disassembled. Wrap it up, box it up and send it to us using your favorite shipping method (FedEx Ground / UPS / USPS). Please include a copy of your paid invoice or a note with your name, phone number, email address, and order number. We STRONGLY recommend sending your slide in a box and not an envelope. Most envelopes we receive get ripped open during transit and we have received a few empty envelopes. If you want to make sure your slide gets to us safely BOX IT UP.
