I purchased at Bass Pro Shops; Walther PDP Pro E Combo ( C&H Precision EDC XL included). The pistol was shipped with a battery installed and soon died in a few days (3 weeks). I changed the battery after which I was unable to adjust the light intensity or turn it off. To C&H’s credit, the’re sending out a replacement.On closer inspection I noticed visual copper contacts just in front of the reticle’s built in iron site….it was a void which appears to show the interior electronics. I’ve ask C&H to comment.

Nice, clear dot with easy to use buttons…however…
I can’t call this an effective tool. The battery tray screw flew out while shooting. C&H sent me more screws, which I added blue loctite (never had to do this with Holosun optics) and although the screw it still in there, the battery compartment doesn’t seem to be tight because my dot does not come on unless I tap the door. I do not feel safe with this product. Giving it two stars because when it works it’s nice.

I’ve been and RMR guy for years and recently picked up an EDC-XL for my Glock 19 after seeing Scott Jedlinkski smack one of these around and toss it 30 feet in the air. So far the sight is excellent! Great window size, clear glass, great initial build quality. If it stands up to the abuse I’m sure to give it, CHPWS has a total winner.
My only complaint is I would like an auto brightness feature for CCW. Other than that it’s perfect. And the price is fantastic.
