All SIRT slides must be milled in the all the way back position which removes the rear sight dovetail due to the top of these slides being very thin around the breach area.

Safely remove the slide from your pistol. Wrap it up, box it up and send it to us using your favorite shipping method (Fedex Ground / UPS / USPS). Please include a copy of your paid invoice or a note with your name, phone number, email address, and order number.
