Optic ready P365 version slides that have the RomeoZero/RMSc cut in front of the rear sight ONLY. If the optic ready cut is all the way to the back of the slide we CANNOT mill it for the RMRcc due to the location of the striker safety block and where the screw holes for the RMRcc would line up. This upgrade will allow for direct mounting of the Trijicon RMRcc optic without the use of an adapter plate over the existing optics cut. For NON-Optic Ready P365 Milling click here.

Shipping Instructions for Your Slide Customization:
- Remove the slide from your pistol.
- If you selected “disassembled”, remove all internals and iron sights
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your name, phone, email, and order number.
- Sending your optic is strongly recommended – it ensures perfect fitment, and we’ll mount it for free.
- Use a sturdy box. Do NOT use envelopes.
- Ship your slide using any major carrier: UPS, FedEx. WE STRONGLY DISCOURAGE discourage using USPS due to lost shipments and lack of tracking.

The cut and Cerakote finish of the work area is great. The new RMRcc red dot fits perfectly. C&H disassembling and reassembling the slide was a very convenient option. I appreciate mounting screws being provided, but instead of the silver hex head screws I was provided I wish they would have been black Torx head screws. Glad I didn’t opt to add Torx bits to my order! Definitely recommend this service to anyone wanting to use the Trijicon RMRcc.

Was an excellent job done on the milling on my P365 slide. I got the nitrate finish and my slide looks like it came from the factory with the cut already on it. My RMRcc now sits nice and flush in the slide.

This is my second milling I’ve had done at C&H. Both were done quickly and communication was great on C&H’s part so you know what stage you’re at. Originally I got the Optic ready P365 and separately a plate through Trijicon. The plate was aggressively thick and did not fit the cutout which would have required some shaving off to get the plate to fit. The plate was so thick that the optic sat up too high and even getting suppressor sights wouldn’t allow co-witnessing. (This was a duty gun so that was a requirement). The plate also didn’t come with the appropriate screws and both Trijicon and Sig said the other one needs to supply the screws. Eventually I said screw it and got this milling done. Couldn’t be happier to have thrown the plate in the trash and have the peace of mind that everything was going to be snug and operational.

Sent in my newer style Sig optic ready P365XL slide with separate dovetail for the rear sight to mill for RMRcc in April, 2023. Great job was done by C&H. There were no nicks or scratches added to the slide’s factory Nitron finish. Cerakote for milled area was chosen and the coating of the pocket surfaces looked great. RMRcc optic fit was very good in the pocket. Screws to mount the optic were supplied with the slide. Work turn-around time was 3 weeks from receipt of slide by C&H until it shipped back to me. Recommended for anyone wanting a RMRcc optic on the new style Sig slides with separate rear sight dovetail.
