We offer to upgrade your factory SIG Romeo1 optic cut to the most recent SIG OEM optic cut – Romeo1 Pro Cut with RMR Holes

This includes upgrading the Romeo1 cut to Romeo1 Pro ($90), adding RMR holes to your Romeo1 Pro Cut ($50), or upgrading your Romeo1 cut to directly mount the RMR/SRO/Holosun 407c/507c/508t ($90).

If you are trying to mount a Holosun 407c/507c/508t or Trijicon RMR onto the Romeo1 Pro Cut there will be a gap at the front of the cut due to these optics being smaller than the Romeo1 Pro optic. Our Romeo1 Pro to RMR filler plate fills this gap providing a more secure fit for these optics.

Slides with the Romeo1 optics cut can also be upgraded to the RMR footprint to provide direct mounting of the Holosun 407c/507c/508t and Trijicon RMR optics without the need for a Romeo1 Pro to RMR filler plate.

**If you just need to add RMR holes to the Romeo1 Pro Cut it is a reduced rate of $75.
**P320s with a lightning cut that extends deeper into the slide in front of the existing Romeo1 Pro screw hole cannot be milled for RMR holes as there is not enough material to add threads for mounting screws.
We reserve the right to call and suggest changes or improvements to your slide milling job.  Some slides can’t be milled and we will send them back at no charge if we determine it can’t safely be upgraded to an optics cut.

The clock starts the day we receive your slide.  The clock stops the moment we contact you to let you know your slide is done and ready to ship. We will not ship your slide until we have verified from you that your shipping address is correct.
Excludes slides that require Black Nitride (we don’t do this in house)
Excludes slides that require custom new BUIS sights or optics that are on backorder (we don’t make them and can’t control lead times)

Shipping Instructions:
Safely remove the slide from your pistol. Remove all necessary internal components and iron sights if you selected to send your slide disassembled. Wrap it up, box it up and send it to us using your favorite shipping method (FedEx Ground / UPS / USPS). Please include a copy of your paid invoice or a note with your name, phone number, email address, and order number. We STRONGLY recommend sending your slide in a box and not an envelope. Most envelopes we receive get ripped open during transit and we have received a few empty envelopes. If you want to make sure your slide gets to us safely BOX IT UP.

    Sent over my P320 Pro Cut slide to get it drilled for the RMR hole pattern and get the gap-filler plate (very nice milling, BTW) to make my Holosun 508T mount as clean as possible. As promised, I received a phone call to let me know the slide was received and to double-check the work being performed. When I asked, it was confirmed that a 3-4 week processing time was to be expected. Imaging my surprise when I received another phone call just a few days latter letting me know the work was complete and the slide was in shipping! Got the slide back, got the sight mounted and I’m good to go. Many thanks, Gents. You’ll be receiving more of my business.

    Fantastic work. I had the slide from my wife’s p320 milled out to fit a holosun optic. When I received back the slide everything fit perfectly and the quality of the work was impeccable you couldn’t even see where they had milled the slide. Well worth modifying your existing slide over buying a new one.

    THIS IS THE ONE YOU WANT…. sadly, SIG has produced optic ready slides (P320) that appear to intentionally exclude arguable the most popular pistol red dot (Trijicon RMR). This service fixes that problem for a really reasonable price and the turnaround is reasonable as well. My slide was sent off and back in my hands in a few weeks. The slide came back in the same pristine condition it was sent in and the RMR mounted without any issues. In short, I would choose this service again.
