Shipping Instructions for Your Slide Customization:
- Remove the slide from your pistol.
- If you selected “disassembled”, remove all internals and iron sights
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your name, phone, email, and order number.
- Sending your optic is strongly recommended – it ensures perfect fitment, and we’ll mount it for free.
- Use a sturdy box. Do NOT use envelopes.
- Ship your slide using any major carrier: UPS, FedEx. WE STRONGLY DISCOURAGE discourage using USPS due to lost shipments and lack of tracking.

Sent my hellcat slide in for milling back in August. Total turnaround time was about 3 weeks from when they received my slide until they shipped it back. Cerakote and milling were both very well done. No slop or issues with the sight once it was seated. Will definitely use this company again!

Sent in my Hellcat slide for milling. The site states “4 weeks or less”, so I was expecting close to a month turnaround time. I mailed in my slide and was contacted by phone and email when it was received. (Talk about customer service! Wow!) 8 DAYS….. 8 days and my slide was enroute back to me. Had it all back together and shooting in 10. The milled cut fits my red dot perfectly and I am very happy with this service from start to finish. Top-notch workmanship and excellent customer service. Will definitely be sending more business to CHPWS.

Recently received my wife’s Hellcat slide milled for the Holosun 507K. The work was done and returned in less than three weeks. Beautiful precision milling, not only did the slide look better then the condition I sent it in, but the 507K mounted perfectly. After a couple of drops of Locktite, test functioning, bore sighted, I ran out to the range with the wife (she wanted to try a red dot sight), it took all of five minutes to zero at 15 yards. We practiced shooting it for a couple of hours, she was amazing and I was jealous how fast and accurate she was this first time out with a red dot! So now I just placed my order for my Hellcat slide milling , packaged it up for shipping tomorrow. Great service, beautiful workmanship!
