Walther Defense is proud to offer Pistol Slide Optic Cut Upgrades for non-optics ready Walther pistols through a strategic partnership with C&H Precision Weapons in Richmond Hill Georgia. C&H has been at the forefront of optic adapter plates and direct milling slides since the beginning of the Pistol Red Dot revolution. All slides are precision machined with the latest generation HAAS CNC Vertical milling machines to the same exact tolerances and specifications Walther Defense is known for and you’ve come to expect.
**The pictures of each modification are an example of what only choosing that modification will look like on the slide. Modifications performed may not look exactly as depicted depending on your slide model and the combination of serrations, windows, and/or pockets you chose.
**We do not direct mill optic footprints onto PPQ slides, all PPQ’s are milled for the optic ready footprint and require a plate to mount the optic.
** We cannot do any milling to the PPQ SC or PPQ .22 LR due to the internals of the slide.

Shipping Instructions for Your Slide Customization:
- Remove the slide from your pistol.
- If you selected “disassembled”, remove all internals and iron sights
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your name, phone, email, and order number.
- Sending your optic is strongly recommended – it ensures perfect fitment, and we’ll mount it for free.
- Use a sturdy box. Do NOT use envelopes.
- Ship your slide using any major carrier: UPS, FedEx. WE STRONGLY DISCOURAGE discourage using USPS due to lost shipments and lack of tracking.

I sent my Walther PPQ slide to C&H Precision to have it milled for a Holosun optic, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Wow, that’s all I can say is WOW! These guys are fantastic. They milled the slide for my Walter Q5 SF “Black Tie Edition” pistol, and created a custom plate to work with my Sig Romeo 3XL red dot.
