This milling upgrade offers to lengthen the PDP 1.0 cut and add recoil lug recesses for you to use the more secure PDP 2.0 optic adapter plates or directly mount the Holosun SCS-PDP or our own C&H Direct Mount Optic for Walther PDP 2.0 .

Shipping Instructions for Your Slide Customization:
- Remove the slide from your pistol.
- If you selected “disassembled”, remove all internals and iron sights
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your name, phone, email, and order number.
- Sending your optic is strongly recommended – it ensures perfect fitment, and we’ll mount it for free.
- Use a sturdy box. Do NOT use envelopes.
- Ship your slide using any major carrier: UPS, FedEx. WE STRONGLY DISCOURAGE discourage using USPS due to lost shipments and lack of tracking.

Very pleased with the 1.0 to 2.0 slide cut on my PDP. Almost looks like it came from the factory like that. Turn around time was about half of what was estimated, so that was pretty awesome as well.

I ordered the 2.0 milling and decided to have the slide cerakoted as well. CH’s communication was great, both before starting the work to confirm the order and shipping info, and afterwards they were prompt notifying me of when the work was completed. The milling is perfect, very clean, fit the SCS PDP exactly. The cerakote is also top notch, no blemishes, missed spots, bad textures, just professionally done and perfect.
Turn around was very fast, CH promises four weeks, but they had it back in my hands before that.
This wasn’t my only experience with CH, I also own one of their optics plates for another firearm, and it too is meticulously made and finished. I’d wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for milling services and wouldn’t hesitate to use them for any future work I want done.

The turn around on the 2.0 cut was fast and they also did excellent work, If you’re wanting the updated optic cut, but are on the fence, I’d say go for it.

I had a 2020 production 4″ PDP Compact that I wanted to install a Holosun SCS-PDP on, but that requires the 2.0 optics cut. Since the slide was three years old and had a lot of holster and range wear, I also opted to Cerakote the entire slide, and being lazy, I let CHPWS do the disassembly.
As soon as they received my slide they called me to confirm the work requested, and the turnaround time was well inside the 4-week estimate.
When it arrived, it was packed well, and the work was excellent. My 2.0 plates, and more importantly, my new Holosun SCS-PDP fit perfectly. Cerakote was well done, and CHPWS even used threadlocker on the front sight and the rear sight set screw.
