We offer to upgrade your factory SIG Romeo1 optic cut to the most recent SIG OEM optic cut – Romeo1 Pro Cut with RMR Holes
This includes upgrading the Romeo1 cut to Romeo1 Pro ($90), adding RMR holes to your Romeo1 Pro Cut ($70), or upgrading your Romeo1 cut to directly mount the RMR/SRO/Holosun 407c/507c/508t/507Comp ($110).
If you are trying to mount a Holosun 407c/507c/508t/507Comp or Trijicon RMR onto the Romeo1 Pro Cut there will be a gap at the front of the cut due to these optics being smaller than the Romeo1 Pro optic. Our Romeo1 Pro to RMR filler plate fills this gap providing a more secure fit for these optics.
Slides with the Romeo1 optics cut can also be upgraded to the RMR footprint to provide direct mounting of the Holosun 407c/507c/508t and Trijicon RMR optics without the need for a Romeo1 Pro to RMR filler plate.
**If you just need to add RMR holes to the Romeo1 Pro Cut it is a reduced rate of $50.
**P320s with a lightening cut that extends deeper into the slide in front of the existing left hand Romeo1 Pro screw hole cannot be milled for RMR holes or direct mount RMR cut as there is not enough material to add threads for mounting screws.
We reserve the right to call and suggest changes or improvements to your slide milling job. Some slides can’t be milled and we will send them back at no charge if we determine it can’t safely be upgraded to an optics cut.

Shipping Instructions for Your Slide Customization:
- Remove the slide from your pistol.
- If you selected “disassembled”, remove all internals and iron sights
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your name, phone, email, and order number.
- Sending your optic is strongly recommended – it ensures perfect fitment, and we’ll mount it for free.
- Use a sturdy box. Do NOT use envelopes.
- Ship your slide using any major carrier: UPS, FedEx. WE STRONGLY DISCOURAGE discourage using USPS due to lost shipments and lack of tracking.

I have no issues with the milling. My optic fits great, as I expected. My issue is with the cerakote. I have an older P229 Legion slide I sent in for milling a factory Romeo 1 cut to a Romeo 1 Pro cut. This was about as small of a milling job as it gets. I chose the ‘cerakote cut areas only’ option which I’ve noticed is no longer available. This option was also verified by email. My ENTIRE Legion slide was cerakoted black. I now have a P229 Legion that is half Legion Gray and half black. I emailed customer service immediately after I got the slide back and canceled the slide milling service I had purchased in the mean time for a Glock. I still have not heard anything after a week.

I sent my M18 slide in for RMR holes to be drilled and tapped – everything looked good until I tried to put the slide internals back into it…the hole on the right side went just a little to deep and left a dimple inside the extractor spring housing making it impossible to install the extractor spring, after finding just the right size drill bit I was able to clean it up and put everything back together…only reason for the 4 star rating otherwise would’ve been 5 stars…otherwise it’s a great service.

I sent my P226 OR slide in to have the RMR holes added. It was a very smooth transaction. C&H called me after they received the slide just to confirm everything. They got it back to me in less than 3 weeks and the job was flawless.
The only thing I wish they would do differently is let the customer decide if they want signature confirmation for the return delivery. It’s not convenient for working folks who don’t have an adult home all day. I’d be happy to sign a disclaimer acknowledging I am accepting the risk, since it’s not a legal requirement,
