I need a lower front site to properly align with the rear site on the plate. Can anyone recommend me where to order a lower front site that works with the holosun eps for the prodigy using this plate. My front site is higher than the site on the plate, thanks.

I always use C&H plates for my optics ready slides, even if there is a factory alternative or some clever universal system. The plates make the installation clean, fills all the gaps in the optics cut, and leaves a professional looking secure installation. One of the best benefits is that they send the correct screws at the correct length, so you are not trying to adjust the fasteners with a grinder or file. The only issue with this plate for the SA Prodigy was that the built-in rear sight was lower than the one on the original cover plate. I had to order a lower front sight to properly align with the rear, which seems to be for the best as this leaves the irons lower in the optic and out of the way of the dot. As always a great product by C&H.

Fit, finish, and height is perfect. The only gripe I have is that the rear sight is low, ever lower than the EPS Carry rudimentary integrated u-notch sight. I know they can’t make it as high as the OE factory sight because I’ll block the EPS Carry sight window but it should be as high if not just like .5mm higher than the EPS u-notch.
