I have a Springfield Prodigy as my duty weapon and have issues with the stock optics plate coming loose constantly. Even when the Springfield Armory techs re-mounted it using red thread lock, it still worked loose. I discovered how poor the tolerances were for that plate. When my C&H plate arrived, I found absolutely no wiggle. This plate sits perfectly, and I am very impressed with the quality. Looking forward to testing this thing out.

Excellent fit on the Springfield Prodigy and a decent fit for the Holosun 507comp. Installation video states a torque spec of 12-15 inch pounds for M3 screws and 20-25 for everything else, but theres no information available to differentiate screw types. I just went with 15 and we’ll see

Fit the Rock Island Armory M1911 A2 Tac Ultra FS HC – .45ACP AOS. As another pointed out there is a small gap at the back of the plate where light can pass through but it does not appear to affect function. Included rear iron sight is perfect for 1/4th co-witness with irons. You can use all of the irons through your optic window if needed but since it’s black out and serrated you won’t notice it when the optic is on especially since the front iron on this gun also comes blacked out. The price is higher than you can find the Springfield plate but you get way more thread engagement with the steel t-nuts which is why I spent the extra money on this plate.
