Material: Shroud is made from 6061 aluminum.  All mounting hardware is Stainless Steel

Finish:  Shroud is MIL-SPEC Type III Hard Anodized – Black

    Your C&H COMP shroud is an extra layer of strengh for my precious COMP optic. I don’t plan on dropping it or using it in rough duty, However, I do grab the base of the optic and the slide when I rack the slide, so I hope it protects the optic in that way. Everything C&H makes is sturdy and precise, so I got your COMP sight to go with the C&H plates that came with my RIA 5.0E. Glad I did and it’s nice that you make a steel igloo to keep it safe, and cool. Thank you, BAT
