INSTALL MOUNTING PLATE ON SLIDE AND TIGHTEN THE M3 SCREWS
TILL THEY MAKE CONTACT WITH PLATE. THEN TIGHTEN 1/4 TURN ONLY!
INSTALL THE RED DOT ON THE PLATE AND TORQUE THE 4-40 SCREWS
TO 10 IN/LBS USING A TORQUE WRENCH OR LIMITER

The C&H Precision plates are designed, manufactured and shipped from our small family owned business in Coastal Georgia.  Each plate is precision machined to the tightest tolerances on HAAS CNC machines and each plate goes through multiple quality checks before shipping to our customers.

Most of our plates feature a patented stainless steel T-Nut which provide an industry leading six to seven threads of engagement.  Since all the mounting hardware is replaceable, if any mounting hardware is damaged it can be replaced without replacing the entire plate.

    I paid for 2 day air and did not get it until 5 days later. Once I received it, I noticed there was no thread locker in the package. When I attempted to install it, both black screws that mount to the T bolt stripped with very little effort. Also the fact that C&H is selling this plastic plate for $80 is bogus saying out its just 3d printed polymer. I have a 3d printer and the entire point of them is to be able to make things for cheaper. There is a gap at the top of the face between the round window from and my actual optic and there is a gap between my optic and the plate underneath. I had called customer service and though the gentleman helping was polite, he was less than helpful basically saying “we will send you new screws”. I expect more to happen, all while I needed in two days because I had a qualification due for work and I didn’t have my firearm ready. Now I am having to wait for the new screws and potentially get a new plate all together for a firearm I’m needing for work and I need to qualify with immediately and it will take even longer. Product quality is not worth $80, customer service is OK at best, and quality of screws is absolutely terrible.

    This adapter plate is so amazingly perfect. It fits so precise, as if I had instead shipped my firearm to your company and yall had custom manufactured and fitted the adapter plate to it specifically. It is an exact match to my firearm’s MOS cut. It installed effortlessly and snug like connecting a jigsaw puzzle piece together. I seriously had a fear that it wouldn’t mount on my gun right away without some kind of modification, special gunsmithing, or doing a return and trying a different/correct adapter plate. But thankfully, it was so easy. Just put it on, torque all fastening screws to a specific inch pounds, then enjoy! Thankfully C & H Precision is very accurate with their website features and their precise description of their products, making it so easy to navigate each page and find exactly what I am looking for, the first time.

    Initial review: Arrived on time. Plate was a pretty snug fit in the cut. One of the T-bolt screws had an imperfection in the torques drive which made the screw unusable. Ace Hardware had hex acres that seem to work. There is a slight air gap between the plate and the slide, tho it doesn’t seem to affect zero. Only have 100 rounds down with it so time will tell. Aside from that it does what I wanted it to do.. it protects the sight…
