The C&H Precision plates are designed, manufactured and shipped from our small family owned business in Coastal Georgia.  Each plate is precision machined to the tightest tolerances on HAAS CNC machines and each plate goes through multiple quality checks before shipping to our customers.

Most of our plates feature a patented stainless steel T-Nut which provide an industry leading six to seven threads of engagement.  Since all the mounting hardware is replaceable, if any mounting hardware is damaged it can be replaced without replacing the entire plate.

SPECIFICATION:

Thickness:  V4 MIL / LEO Plates are .095″ to .099″ thick

Material: Plates are made from 6061 aluminum.  All mounting hardware is Stainless Steel

Finish:  Plates are MIL-SPEC Type III Hard Anodized – Black

Replaceable 416 Stainless Steel T-Posts for maximum thread engagement

    I was pleased with the product. All the parts fit perfectly. The instructions were good with detailing the installation. Overall I’m happy with my purchase.

    Ordered this. Shipping was great. Received in 3 days. That was the only positive. While trying to install this plate on my 509, it was clear they shipped the wrong plate or machined the screw holes not forward enough and the plate had a gap in the front. Now after sending them 3 pics and they clearly admit that they sent a defective plate, I have to fill out a form, send more pictures, and wait to get approved from their warranty department. If that’s approved, I’ll have to ship them the defective plate before they will mail a replacement. Absolutely terrible customer service in my opinion. If you have any problems and Thomas Howell replies, ask for someone else. You’ll thank me later.
