The C&H Precision plates are designed, manufactured and shipped from our small family owned business in Coastal Georgia. Each plate is precision machined to the tightest tolerances on HAAS CNC machines and each plate goes through multiple quality checks before shipping to our customers.

The RCR Optic comes with Trijicon screws that are “Patented”. You must use the screws they provide you. C&H will not make new screws for this optic / plate combo. It is the responsibly of the consumer to check fitment of the provided screws for length. The screws may have to be slightly modified or shortened in order to ensure proper fitment.

Plate functions as it should and is solid. Only thing I don’t like is it is thinner than the factory plate thereby lowering the RMR. The 509MRD LE sights are fairly tall. By lowering the RMR, the rear sight blocks out more of the field of view.

Received my plate end of may early June. Plate had a slight bow in it but thought nothing of it. Coating looked fine so I didn’t believe it was bent in the mail. However after installing and having it compress down after installing the red dot and then changing it months later, I noticed the bottom has a slight crack. Not sure if it is the coating or the plate. (Purchased a new reticle this weekend 8/12/23 that was the reason for removal). Disappointed will be in touch with customer service and update this review after

Bought this for my FN545. I like that the C&H plate is thinner than the plastic plates FN provides. Provides for a better co-witness with the iron sights.
