This is for milling of the Glock MOS 43x/48 version slides ONLY. This upgrade will allow for direct mounting of Holosun 407k/507k/EPS/EPS Carry or Trijicon RMRcc** optics without the use of an adapter plate over the existing optics cut. For NON-MOS Glock 43x / 48 milling click here.
**Upgrading to the Trijicon RMRcc footprint is an additional $40 due to the increased amount of milling required compared to the Holosun 407k/507k/EPS/EPS Carry.

Shipping Instructions for Your Slide Customization:
- Remove the slide from your pistol.
- If you selected “disassembled”, remove all internals and iron sights
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your name, phone, email, and order number.
- Sending your optic is strongly recommended – it ensures perfect fitment, and we’ll mount it for free.
- Use a sturdy box. Do NOT use envelopes.
- Ship your slide using any major carrier: UPS, FedEx. WE STRONGLY DISCOURAGE discourage using USPS due to lost shipments and lack of tracking.

Great job done. The optic has a snug fit, but with a little over splash on the Cerakote. My only recommendation is to buy the Low witness sights with it as my new ones are a little too tall.

Initially purchased the mounting plate for an rmrcc, which didn’t work out at all. I spoke with Thomas in customer service about my issue and he suggested getting the slide milled for the optic. I was reluctant because of having to send out my slide and be without it for a few weeks, but it was completely worth the wait. If you have an rmrcc and a 43x/48 MOS, just have it milled. The cut is great, the optic is the perfect height. Finally got it zeroed to my carry ammo and couldn’t be happier.
