The C&H Precision plates are designed, manufactured and shipped from our small family owned business in Coastal Georgia.  Each plate is precision machined to the tightest tolerances on HAAS CNC machines and each plate goes through multiple quality checks before shipping to our customers.

    The fit and finish of the plate are outstanding, it was a very snug fit and and simple to install. I would recommend putting the sticker about the right and left screw sizes on both sides of the hardware bag. I almost missed the instruction sticker since I was looking at the installation instruction card.

    Did not fit correctly. Left a gap at the front. I called and spoke to someone and the first thing out of their mouth was “is it upside down?”. No, it was not.
    I sent a picture to the email address that they provided and never heard another word, even after trying again a couple days later. I had read online if this being an issue, but everyone said the customer service was fantastic and they were sent a new plate right away. That was not my experience. I ended up buying a $20 Chinese plate off of Amazon that fit perfectly and works great.

    Product was amazing 407k mounting system was easy to install. I found cheaper products online, paying that extra for quality is something I don’t mind doing. Would definitely buy again from this company. Shipping was pretty quick. Keep it up.

    The product itself was decent, but the service was terrible. Ordered, took a week for it to ship, and while waiting I emailed and called many times – no response – I wanted to cancel my order. No response. Crickets. They finally shipped it anyway and then a few days after it arrived I finally got an email back that I could send it back. Way too much hassle for a tiny piece of metal. Go elsewhere.
