Slide Model Notice:
All Models and Generations EXCEPT MOS models, G17L, G41*, G44, and G42/G43(x)/G48 (see below).
*G17L slides with a deep weight reduction cut on the bottom of the slide cannot be milled for any optic.
*The G41 cannot be milled for any optics that are attached by screwing into the slide due to the weight reduction cut on the bottom of the slide. We can mill these slides for side clamping optics such as the CHPWS Duty, Aimpoint Acro, or Holosun 509t.
**The pictures of each modification are an example of what only choosing that modification will look like on the slide. Modifications performed may not look exactly as depicted depending on your slide model and the combination of serrations, windows, and/or pockets you chose.

Shipping Instructions for Your Slide Customization:
- Remove the slide from your pistol.
- If you selected “disassembled”, remove all internals and iron sights
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your name, phone, email, and order number.
- Sending your optic is strongly recommended – it ensures perfect fitment, and we’ll mount it for free.
- Use a sturdy box. Do NOT use envelopes.
- Ship your slide using any major carrier: UPS, FedEx. WE STRONGLY DISCOURAGE discourage using USPS due to lost shipments and lack of tracking.

C&H milled my Glock 21 G4 in front of the dovetail, applied a Cerakote finish to the machined area, and then mounted the Holosun EPS dot I sent them, while also handling slide disassembly and assembly. Work was flawless and quickly performed within the promised time frame.

I had C and H mill the slide for my Glock 19. I had them mill the ZEV thread posts. The optic fit perfectly on the slide. I chose the Nitride finish which took a bit longer but it turned out amazing.
They did an amazing job.
I’m looking forward to having my Glock 43x milled for a red dot as well.

I had my slide milled and provided C & H Precision my optic for mounting on the milled slide. I received a phone call from C & H stating they had received my slide. and received the finished product in about 3 weeks, and I can say I am impressed with their work. The slide with mounted optic had a clean and solid finish and looks like something that was purchased as a package. There were no scratches, marring or scuff marks to the slide or optic and the optic screws were witnessed. After putting some rounds through the firearm, I detected no movement of the optic or mounting screws.
