    Ordered sku:SWMP-57-EQ-HOLOK adapter plate and extra 6-32×5.00FHM3M screw kit. All parts delivered undamaged in a timely manner. Adapter plate fits perfectly onto the S&W M&P 5.7 And the viridian RFX 15 optics which is what S&W gave me when purchasing the M&P 5.7 at that time. I do have 4 extra 6-32×5.00 screws left over. One extra from the adapter plate package and 3 in a nice resealable bag. Nice screws with T10 head which I’ll keep to maybe use else where. I’m very Happy with CH Precision (the BOOMSQUAD ) products.I think the adapter plate is made of aluminum so it will last a long time. CH even included some great decals at no charge. I plan on purchasing another plate from them if or when I start have trouble with a polymer one that I have on a different pistol.
