Works exactly as promised, and is machined to tight tolerances. Really well made product. I used it to mount a Holosun EPS on a Springfield XDM Elite with the optics cut slide (OSP) and it worked perfectly. The optic mounting screws aren’t directly threaded into the plate, but rather thread into their provided screw barrels that you place under the plate.

Well machined product – does what it says on the tin. All hardware provided. Screws are duty quality, very good, nice and deep well defined tool pockets (better than the stock cover plate screw tool pockets on the firearm) clean threads, nice! Dry fit on the 10mm XDM elite 3.8 went well.
I’m doing a holosun 507k – the discription says use the provided shorter optic mount screws. When dry fitting the Tnuts I found the slightly longer ones fit better and did not stand proud of the T-nuts when tightened down. 10mm is a snappy fire breather, and I favor full house loads… so a few more threads engaged with the optic screws? Not a bad thing IMHO. There was like a thread and a half or two before the longer screws would emerge from the T-Nut and have a chance of effecting fit. YMMV.

I was worried that this wouldn’t fit my XDM elit because it is the .45 and there are so many products for the 9mm that are not compatible. It fits perfectly. This is my second adapter plate purchase from C+H. The plate for my Sig 226 was perfect also. Very happy with their products so far!

I received my green dot mounting plate and once I figured how the t-nuts fit I had no problem with installation. I bought this plate here because chp was the only ones that would fit the Springfield XDM with a Holosun 407K. At least the only I could find. A little pricey but definitely worth it. I’d buy from them again if need be.
