The first plate I purchased for the Hellcat would not sit flush on the slide. The screws that came with it were dirty and covered in what looked like dried oil. I had to clean them as well as sand the bottoms to make them fit into the holes on the slide. Contacted Customer Service and was sent a new plate and screws. New plate seemed to fit ok but this time the screws were different lengths, both were clean this time but still had to sand the ends to make them fit. Everything seemed ok but after 50 rounds fired optic came loose. Took it to a Gunsmith who tighten down to 15″ pounds with a Wheeler Gauge. Tried it again and after 100 rounds I noticed it came loose again. Contacted Customer Service again and was told screws were supposed to be tightened to 10″ pounds and the reason it came loose was because 15″ pounds Stretched the Screws causing the optic to come loose (the gunsmith laughed at that one). I asked why the second set of screws had one screw shorter than the other one and was told the short one was to be used on the right side of slide where the extractor spring is located. I did install the short one on the extractor side. I guess the first set of screws which were the same length were First Gen Screws. Was sent a new set of screws and guess what both are the same length. I asked for a refund and was refused. I give up I will not attempt to mount a Holosun using this plate. Will never buy from this company again. I wonder will you pot this review?

Used this same adapter plate to install the Holosun 507k-x2 to my Springfield XDS Mod 2 and it fit Perfect. You will have to use the screws that comes with the plate for the length, and you might have to file the edge of the screws to get them started because they came cut from longer screws but the main thing is that it works.
