The C&H Precision plates are designed, manufactured and shipped from our small family owned business in Coastal Georgia.  Each plate is precision machined to the tightest tolerances on HAAS CNC machines and each plate goes through multiple quality checks before shipping to our customers.

Most of our plates feature a patented stainless steel T-Nut which provide an industry leading six to seven threads of engagement.  Since all the mounting hardware is replaceable, if any mounting hardware is damaged it can be replaced without replacing the entire plate.

    I love the plate. But, the quality control on this one was AWFUL. First, the plate came with a hold down screw- hole, that was well undersized, and, I had to file carefully to make the screw fit to Mount the plate on my Staccato. Next, the plate was damaged on the forward end, preventing the optic from being able to seat. The smashed portion also scratched my brand new optic, pretty badly, because of the damage from the OEM. More filing. After that, everything fits great. I just assume that if you’re charging 140.00 for an optics plate, the end user shouldn’t be filing or fitting, anything…. Lastly, one of my optic mounting screw heads was nearly bare metal, while the other is black‍♂️

    Other than that, the fit is right on both the plate and the optic.
