Shipping Instructions for Your Slide Customization:
- Remove the slide from your pistol.
- If you selected “disassembled”, remove all internals and iron sights
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your name, phone, email, and order number.
- Sending your optic is strongly recommended – it ensures perfect fitment, and we’ll mount it for free.
- Use a sturdy box. Do NOT use envelopes.
- Ship your slide using any major carrier: UPS, FedEx. WE STRONGLY DISCOURAGE discourage using USPS due to lost shipments and lack of tracking.

I used Red loctite even though I knew I shouldn’t, of course I stripped a screw out. I tried some YouTube how to videos and nothing worked. I came across C&H during a search to save my new Kimber 2K11 Comp slide, filled out the form. A day later, I got a call to discuss options. They removed the screw and my slide was returned in perfect condition. I’m so pleased in fact, that I’m having a custom plate done for my Fusion XP Comp. I can’t wait to see the result. I’ve had to use them twice and have been very happy with the results. They did however forget to ship the screws for my new sight like they said they would but this is so minor, luckily my sight came with , any screws and I found a pair that worked. I did get some sweet cuzzies though so thank you guys, I will continue to use them for many things.

Service was just as advertised if not better than advertised. Price was very good. Service was very good. Took about three weeks from date mailed to C&H to date I received it back. Shipping price is the killer, but that is not a C&H problem. Second time I have used C&H (first was for a mounting plate). Would not hesitate to use them again.
