The C&H Precision plates are designed, manufactured and shipped from our small family owned business in Coastal Georgia.  Each plate is precision machined to the tightest tolerances on HAAS CNC machines and each plate goes through multiple quality checks before shipping to our customers.

Material: Plates are made from 6061 aluminum.  All mounting hardware is Stainless Steel

    Perfect…used this on a s&w M&p 2.0 all metal full size carry comp. Exact fit was amazing. I tried to install the optic using a combination of the holosun adapter and the adapter provided by s&w..it worked but was too tall for my liking and tbh looked like crap. This was perfect. Thanks guys

    Great aftermarket plate! Fits right on the S&W! Better than the plastic ones. Looks good. and is secure on there!

    The design of this adapter plate is lightyears ahead of the way the OEM’s make adapter plates. There were no big gaps and squared off edges like with the OEM adapter plate. The C&H plate blended the lines of the gun with that of the EPS optic for a nicely finished look. I can’t wait to get this setup to the range and putting it through it’s paces!
