Great product…….BUT. Nice finish. Metal, not plastic. Fit my S&W N&P 10mm CORE slide perfectly. Better than the plastic adapter plate provided by S&W with the pistol. Also, only 1 mm thick instead of the 3 mm factory plate. No obstruction of my iron front sight. Only problem was that the posts lined up with the holes on my Sig Romeo-X Pro, but, they were too large in diameter. The sight would not seat flush. I had to file the circumferentially to make them fit. I DON’T think this is a C&H problem. I think it is the specs of the sight holes. I had the same problem mounting one on a Springfield Armory Echelon 9mm using the Leupold DeltaPoint Pro pins that were called for. I used the Shield pins and solved the problem. Also, DeltaPoint Pro adapter plate provided by S&W had same problem. I have notified Sig & C&H. Be prepared to do some file work. The red dot kit with black & blue paint pens that I purchased from C&H was helpful. Used the black to cover my scratches.

Plates great. Wrong Screws. The “Eflx”screws land right on top of the battery compartment. I had to use screws from the MP kit and turn down the head for them to work. The only thing is the screws that I made was .47 instead of .50. So Far not a problem and I hope that being about 2 treads shorter will hold up.

I’m having the same issue as kraz9945, if I could get those same screws that would be fantastic. This could be why my EFLX will radically lose zero after a few shots on my M&P 10mm.

Plate fit great and finish was great as well. Seems much nicer in than the factory plates. Also seems to be holding zero well. Only reason for 4 stars is that the screws for the eFLX weren’t included but it seems that a solution is in the works. Will be 5 stars once these are available.

Plates great. Screws are terrible. The “Eflx”screws land right on top of the battery compartment. So the pressure from securing the optic is on the threads of the battery compartment. I’m not really sure how these could be sold as Eflx screws.
