Don’t bother, cannot be zeroed. This product should not exist.
The Shield Plus optics ready base model is milled for RMSC. The lugs are tapered at the bottom, and the optics cut is canted. The adapter included with the EPS Carry will not work on this cut, and this specific adapter plate does not correct the slant.
I bought this adapter to mount my Holosun EPS carry on my Shield Plus Optics Ready 9mm pistol. Fit is perfect, but to zero my Holosun I bottomed out my elevation. It hits center at 7 yards but hits 5 inches high at 15. I wasted 52 dollars on this aluminum shim and I can’t return it because it’s been mounted and fired.
Smith & Wesson’s standalone optics ready Shield slide (SKU: 3015613), Carry Comp model, and 30 Super Carry models are K-cut and will direct mount a Holosun optic. I ordered one and time will tell if I can get the EPS zeroed on it.
Unless you want to get your slide milled and void your warranty, you should simply look for another optic with a native RMSC footprint to mount on your OR Shield Plus such as an Osight SE or Sig Romeo X Compact Enclosed. Even then I don’t know if they can be reliably zeroed with the factory optics cut being slanted.
