DRY-FITTING DISCLAIMER:
At C&H Precision, our products are designed and manufactured to meet tight tolerances. Installation can be affected by variations in your plate, hardware, optic, and firearm tolerances. For safe installation and to prevent potential damage to any component, we advise dry-fitting all parts before a full installation. If any problems arise during this process, please reach out to our Customer Service via our
contact portal.
IRON SIGHTS DISCLAIMER:
When making aftermarket firearm modifications, factory components can often become obsolete, particularly when mounting optics on the slide, whether through direct milling or using a plate. Achieving the correct height for low co-witness iron sights depends on factors such as the firearm type, mounting plate, optic, and slide cut. For assistance in determining the appropriate iron sight height for your specific setup, please contact our Customer Service team through our dedicated
contact portal.

TL/DR – a well made product that fit perfectly however poor customer service has me cautious of this company and I will look elsewhere first for plate adaptors.
Mixed thoughts –
Pros – Plate is very well made and fit perfectly on my shield plus. The screws were the correct size and the mount is solid.
Neutral – The price seems high, I understand there is R&D and the manufacturing costs but it really is just a flat plate with 6 holes drilled. Obviously they’re in the business to make money but right now since they’re really the only one for Shield Plus plate you’re kind stuck with that they want to charge. They sell a Trijicon RMR sealing plate for ~$17, is it really that much more expensive to manufacture this plate? Maybe it is as adaptor plates prices are all over the place but I would suggest to re-evaluate if something like $40 is more reasonable.
Con – I ordered the plate ONE DAY before they had their Labor Day sale. Two inquiries (first on on 9/2, the day of the sale) were sent asking if they would match their own sale price and refund the difference. However it took them 2 weeks (9/16) before they finally answered me and would only offer me store credit because I didn’t place it within the sale window. They would not price match their own price even though I placed the order less than 24 hours before the sale. Yes technically I didn’t place it within the time frame, but within context I think this is poor customer service, especially considering how long it took to get a response. They did offer store credit but then that means I have to buy something else from them to utilize it.

The plate was almost a perfect fit for the Shield Plus. There was some interference with a roll pin on the slide under the plate, I had to drill a hole in the plate to get it to fit. I’m just noticing now that my plate arrived with only 4 holes instead of the six shown in the photo. In hindsight, I should have called to check. Perhaps you sent me the wrong plate?

I just finished putting on my first optic (Holsun 507k on a Shield Plus). I did a lot of research for adapter plates and CHPWS is the choice. No question about it. The plate and optic fit perfectly. No play at all. The screws provided with the plate fit exactly. I will be sending off my P320 for optic milling in the near future and this is where it will go!
