This adapter plate fit so perfectly in the MOS cut on my Glock 21 absolutely zero front to back movement so basically the screws are just holding it flat and will not be subjected to any kind of sheer stress at all, which is ideal. The optic fit onto the plate perfectly and clamp down exactly as it should with zero movement it would take an act of God for this optic and plate to come off of my gun. Tighten everything to spec. Make sure there is thread locker on your screws. If you bought the plate from here then it should have thread locker already on the screws, which is what I used without adding because that can actually mess with the thread locker already on the screws, it is a different chemical than the liquid thread locker. You would add and you would actually be taking away from the characteristics you want instead of improving them not to mention the liquid thread locker acts like a lubricant, and even if you set your screwdriver to the correct torque, you will over torque the screw by adding additional liquid thread locker because it acts like a lubricant and that is where a lot of people make a mistake and wind up complaining a week later saying that the heads of their screws came off. The plate and the screws are perfect. In every way I would highly recommend getting this product.

Contacted C&H Precision via email about which type adaptor plate I needed they responded quickly with the adaptor plate that I need to complete my build. received the adaptor plate for my Holosun 509T and it fit snug and looks great. Came across this company via YT every guntuber kept saying the company name C&H Precision plates and milling service were awesome. I needed a plate for second Glock, the plate for the 509Tx2 fits snug and looks sharp. Definitely will be shopping for more services they offer.
