It actually fit better than the plate that came with my Glock 40.
The Glock 40 came with a Trigicon plate and the Holosun came with a Trigicon adapter plate. The screws that fit the Trigicon adapter plate were too long and bottomed out way too soon. I didn’t like the idea of stacking plates anyway, so I got this plate.
Following instructions resulted in an excellent fit.

WOW! This things fits perfectly! It has all the cutouts and studs matched to the EPS. Color matched perfectly and fills the entire cutout on the MOS slide! I did find one issue with the stainless steel screws. They split the locking nuts. They have the blue LokTite on the screws and it was hard as a rock. It’s almost like the screws were too big, and I guess they were. They all cross threaded and destroyed the locking nuts. Luckily I bought the extra screw set because…not my first rodeo with red dot installation. The black screws work perfectly. What I did was I put the lock nuts on the plate and screwed the black screws in from the other side and that removed the factory LokTite and I used some of my own and installation was perfect. I tried to do this with one of the stainless steel screws and it stripped out the lock nut. So just ditch the stainless screws and use the black screws with the lock nuts and you’ll be fine. But this works perfectly! Very satisfied and highly recommend this product!
