Received DUTY red dot optic. Love it and will buy another one for sure. This company has always treated me right. Thanks

Purchased Walther PDP Full size 4” barrel , 9mm with C&H optic promotion ( free of cost), great deal , however received the CH Duty optic and took to my gun dealer to install optic, they told me the wrong mounting plate was sent being 2.0 and I needed a 1.0 plate . Have contacted both Walther & CH without any response. Very disappointed in service

Now I’ll start this off with, I’ve got around 10 acro p2 and a handful of the pandora pb3. This optic is right there in quality. Battery caps index great with aftermarket options. The zero has held on a few different guns with thousands of rounds through them. There are comments about the optic not mounting on slides that are acro cut and I didn’t have a problem. Mounted up great. Overall you cannot beat your bang for the buck. More optic brands are going with the dot with a circle which is junk. Glad we are sticking with a 3moa dot. Keep up the great work will be buying more soon

By current standards, this is an old solution! A single 3.0 MOA Dot is old, A dot and 32 mm Circle is now entry level.
No inclosed instructions, cheap packaging is a sign of a failing company.
State of the Arts is Olighit ACSS Optic. Check in out.
PS send me a service Flyer or booklet:

Can I trade this one in for a dot and circle retical? What would it cost?

This just a paper weight now. I got one and couldn’t even get the battery in. The battery cap was on so tight it stripped. Do they put lock tight on the battery compartment?… it is useless now and a paper weight.
