Outstanding experience all around!
Excellent work, quick turn-around, great communication!
Kudos to Thomas (customer service “guru”)! He helped me with a couple of changes to my order, recommended back-up sights (very low, looks to be bottom 1/8 of sight picture), ordered me a sealing plate for my RMR, and kept me up to date with progress of my order. I can wholeheartedly recommend anyone with a Glock who is thinking about trading for a MOS, or buying a new slide, to just have C&H mill your existing slide!! BTW, I also bought on of their adapter plates for a MOS model I already had, great experience there too.
In a world where poor customer service and shoddy work is the norm, these guys are a refreshing exception! And please view their training and installation help vids as well, “cause if a little blue loctite is good, a lot is better”. 🙂

Let me you first add I did not want to change my all original Glock 19 Gen3. I know it’s a dime a dozen but for me it was perfect so it took me while before I found the right shop to do the mill work. I DEFINITELY made the right the decision of getting my milling done by CHPWS. It came out flawless and the turn around time was 1.5 weeks. Amazing work and I’m beyond thrilled. I will for sure be sending in my Glock 26 Gen3 to get mill work done. You have a customer for life.

G19 + Holosun 507C in for milling/fitment. In addition, I had front serrations + nitride refinish. CHPWS received on 8/15 and was returned to me on 9/11. Very quick considering the refinish. This is Glock #2 and as expected the fitment of the sight and the refinish was superb.

I’ve been hesitant to send my slides out for milling. I’ve read enough horror stories about missing slides, bad work, etc. I finally decided to trust C&H Precision, and let me tell you! They communicated well with me. They called to let me know my slide had arrived and to double check what work I wanted done to my slide. And then they beat their expected completion date. They shipped my slide back to me quickly. When I got my slide back? OH MAN!!!! The milling was excellent. The tolerances are so tight, it looks like the red dot is part of the slide! I’m going through my Pistols right now trying ti figure out which slide is going out to them next!

Great service! From the time they had my G19 slide until the time they shipped it back was only 10 days! The milling was very precise and the tolerances were exact. The RMR fit perfectly and the install was a breeze. The only issue I had was that the channel liner was reused and it was scratched and loose in the channel. I called customer service and they quickly sent me out a replacement. I have been a Glock armorer since ’92 and had machinist experience prior to my LE career, so I recognize good work when I see it. I was so impressed with C& H that my G48 slide is on the way to them for milling now.
