**M&P Shield/Shield Plus models can only be milled for the CHPWS EDC-RMSc, Holosun 407k/507k/EPS/EPS Carry, Sig Romeo0, Shield RMS/RMSc, and Trijicon RMRcc optics.
***Full Size M&P and M&P Shield slides that are cerakoted or black nitrided may need to have the striker channel liner replaced. If you send a new channel liner with the slide we will install it before shipping back to you, if a new channel liner is not included with the slide you may need to install one when you receive the slide back.
**Full size/compact non-optic ready M&P slides must have the rear dovetail milled away with the optic in the all the way back position. A Glock style dovetail is available to be milled behind the optic if desired.
**Full size/compact non-optic ready M&P slides cannot be direct milled for the CHPWS EDC RMSc, Holosun 407k/507k/EPS, Sig Romeo0, and Shield RMS/RMSC optics. We do offer to mill the M&P 2.0 C.O.R.E optic ready cut to mount the Holosun 407k/507k or Holosun EPS/EPS Carry using our adapter plate.
**We cannot mill the M&P9 Shield EZ for any optic.
**The pictures of each modification are an example of what only choosing that modification will look like on the slide. Modifications performed may not look exactly as depicted depending on your slide model and the combination of serrations, windows, and/or pockets you chose.

Shipping Instructions for Your Slide Customization:
- Remove the slide from your pistol.
- If you selected “disassembled”, remove all internals and iron sights
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your name, phone, email, and order number.
- Sending your optic is strongly recommended – it ensures perfect fitment, and we’ll mount it for free.
- Use a sturdy box. Do NOT use envelopes.
- Ship your slide using any major carrier: UPS, FedEx. WE STRONGLY DISCOURAGE discourage using USPS due to lost shipments and lack of tracking.

Instructions:
Safely remove the slide from your pistol. Remove all necessary internal components and iron sights if you selected to send your slide disassembled. Wrap it up, box it up and send it to us using your favorite shipping method (Fedex Ground / UPS / USPS). Please include a copy of your paid invoice or a note with your name, phone number, email address, and order number. We STRONGLY recommend sending your slide in a box and not an envelope. Most envelopes we receive get ripped open during transit and we have received a few empty envelopes. If you want to make sure your slide gets to us safely BOX IT UP.

After hunting the inter-webs for sometime, I chose C&H for a number of reasons: Firstly they asked all the right questions to make sure I was ordering the right options for the right slide, they make it super easy to get the order placed correctly, including how the machined item was to be finished after metal removal. They also make it easy for those that don’t know how to remove sights/firing pin etc. and for those of us that do!
The minute after I hit the “place order” button I had a thought about shipping, dialed the contact/support number and an actual human-being that spoke English answered the phone and was already looking at my order, he answered my question and asked if there was any other concerns I had. Awesome!
Now to the product. I had an S&W M&P Shield cut for an RMSc (Holosun 507K-X2) with only the localized Cerakote finishing. On it’s return (which was in under two weeks, got lucky I expect) the machine work was of extremely high finish, concentricity and tolerances, the Holosun fit like a glove and without the screw installed there was zero movement in any direction. The refinish to the machined area was extremely well applied and no overrun on to the existing slide finish.
This was my first and trial use of C&H, and I now have 4-5 other slides I will be sending their way. Yes a full 5 star rating!

Excellent work! Arrived right on the predicted lead/shipping time line. Cerakote is very well done. Very pleased overall.
Only “improvement” I could recommend to your product line in general would be the availability of “filler plates” for the optics cuts……..I’m going to install a Holosun EPS Carry and at present none are available anywhere it seems. so a filler plate to protect the recoil posts/studs would be nice to have in the interim. Hopefully S&W will sell me one & I’ll just modify it.

Perfect fit. Makes me want to by non-optics ready slides to have C&H do the custom work. Not having to use a plate is great. They did an outstanding job and will have them do all my pistols.
