**M&P Shield/Shield Plus models can only be milled for the CHPWS EDC-RMSc, Holosun 407k/507k/EPS/EPS Carry, Sig Romeo0, Shield RMS/RMSc, and Trijicon RMRcc optics.
***Full Size M&P and M&P Shield slides that are cerakoted or black nitrided may need to have the striker channel liner replaced. If you send a new channel liner with the slide we will install it before shipping back to you, if a new channel liner is not included with the slide you may need to install one when you receive the slide back.
**Full size/compact non-optic ready M&P slides must have the rear dovetail milled away with the optic in the all the way back position. A Glock style dovetail is available to be milled behind the optic if desired.
**Full size/compact non-optic ready M&P slides cannot be direct milled for the CHPWS EDC RMSc, Holosun 407k/507k/EPS, Sig Romeo0, and Shield RMS/RMSC optics. We do offer to mill the M&P 2.0 C.O.R.E optic ready cut to mount the Holosun 407k/507k or Holosun EPS/EPS Carry using our adapter plate.
**We cannot mill the M&P9 Shield EZ for any optic.
**The pictures of each modification are an example of what only choosing that modification will look like on the slide. Modifications performed may not look exactly as depicted depending on your slide model and the combination of serrations, windows, and/or pockets you chose.

Shipping Instructions for Your Slide Customization:
- Remove the slide from your pistol.
- If you selected “disassembled”, remove all internals and iron sights
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your name, phone, email, and order number.
- Sending your optic is strongly recommended – it ensures perfect fitment, and we’ll mount it for free.
- Use a sturdy box. Do NOT use envelopes.
- Ship your slide using any major carrier: UPS, FedEx. WE STRONGLY DISCOURAGE discourage using USPS due to lost shipments and lack of tracking.

Instructions:
Safely remove the slide from your pistol. Remove all necessary internal components and iron sights if you selected to send your slide disassembled. Wrap it up, box it up and send it to us using your favorite shipping method (Fedex Ground / UPS / USPS). Please include a copy of your paid invoice or a note with your name, phone number, email address, and order number. We STRONGLY recommend sending your slide in a box and not an envelope. Most envelopes we receive get ripped open during transit and we have received a few empty envelopes. If you want to make sure your slide gets to us safely BOX IT UP.

Amazing turn around time and the finish product looked great and the optic fit perfectly.
My only complaint was that I had asked if I provided a set of Iron Sights that I wanted installed if they would do it and even asked what site set to buy so as to ensure I got the right ones. I got the call when they received my slide and went through what I had sent which included an optic and suppressor height irons that they told me to buy that would be compatible. Just prior to receiving the slide back in the mail I received a call and was told that they would not be able to install the front sight as it would not fit resulting in only the back being installed and having to buy another front site and get it installed somewhere else. It could have been a simple miscommunication and I understand that but it went through 2 checks and wasn’t presented as a problem until the very end. Fixable solution with only minor inconvenience. For others purchasing they will install the optic if sent with slide and if you want to send irons they will install them just ensure you send the correct suppressor height rear Glock site and the suppressor height S&W front sight so as to avoid the problem i ran into
