THE SIDE CLAMPING SCREWS FOR THIS OPTIC SHOULD BE TORQUED AT 15-18 INCH POUNDS. OVER-TORQUING CAN LEAD TO DAMAGE OF THE OPTIC MOUNT.

CH precision did an incredible job and had great communication with me as replace my red dot where a screw broke off in the slide and redid my slide in black and gray camo

This initial rating is from my first outing at the range. . Adjustment to this rating may come later.
I would like to say that right away this red dot sight was, crisp, clear, and intensity was great.
The sight was slightly low and a hair to the right. It took me two adjustments to zero it perfectly.
A guy standing behind me watching me shoot said they were excellent groupings, so I guess it works.

So far so good! Great customer service! It still needs a test of time and ruggedness but mounted and zeroed perfectly. You’re going in a right direction C+H and crosshair is a welcomed addition!

Received the Duty Optic with the Walther promotion. Side mounting screw was bent but C & H replaced quickly at N/C. Once screw replaced & torqued down to spec it stays tight and works great! Accuracy is fantastic. My first optic and I’m a convert from iron sights.
