Slide Model Notice:
All Models and Generations EXCEPT MOS models, G17L, G41*, G44, and G42/G43(x)/G48 (see below).
*G17L slides with a deep weight reduction cut on the bottom of the slide cannot be milled for any optic.
*The G41 cannot be milled for any optics that are attached by screwing into the slide due to the weight reduction cut on the bottom of the slide. We can mill these slides for side clamping optics such as the CHPWS Duty, Aimpoint Acro, or Holosun 509t.
**The pictures of each modification are an example of what only choosing that modification will look like on the slide. Modifications performed may not look exactly as depicted depending on your slide model and the combination of serrations, windows, and/or pockets you chose.

Shipping Instructions for Your Slide Customization:
- Remove the slide from your pistol.
- If you selected “disassembled”, remove all internals and iron sights
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your name, phone, email, and order number.
- Sending your optic is strongly recommended – it ensures perfect fitment, and we’ll mount it for free.
- Use a sturdy box. Do NOT use envelopes.
- Ship your slide using any major carrier: UPS, FedEx. WE STRONGLY DISCOURAGE discourage using USPS due to lost shipments and lack of tracking.

Best slide milling and overall product quality I’ve experienced over many years. I’ve used their plates on countless Glocks, M&P and other guns but my recent milling to make a regular Glock 48 support an optic exactly like the MOS version was better than the OEM version and far better fit. I can now cowitness regular NON suppressor height iron sights without the need for any adapter plates. It’s the best carry gun I’ve ever owned. I installed a Vortex Defender CCW with zero issues. Their screw threads were perfect and strong. Be careful that you don’t apply too much additional thread locker as it can run down into the extractor spring-rod channel and need to be cleaned out. They also send a set of screws that are trimmed to the proper length for your optic. They had it back in my hands (my slide) in two weeks. I was amazed with the service. DJ Cumming Ga.
